Francis is the President and Founder of Comm1data, bringing decades of experience in telecommunications, technology and business leadership to a company built around one simple principle: technology should work for people, not the other way around.
Throughout his career, Francis has seen firsthand how technology can transform the way businesses communicate, operate and serve their customers. He also recognized that businesses — especially small and mid-sized organizations — often need something more from their technology partners: personal attention, accountability, responsiveness, and a partner who genuinely understands their business.
That belief became the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey and continues to shape the vision behind Comm1data today.
As President and Founder, Francis takes a hands-on approach to leading the company. From developing strategy and building customer relationships to overseeing operations, sales and the continued growth of the organization, he believes that leadership starts with taking responsibility and setting the standard for the entire team.

Francis earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Roger Williams University. His background in telecommunications and business, combined with his experience as an entrepreneur and leader, has given him a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face in an increasingly connected world.
At the heart of Comm1data is Francis’s belief that successful technology relationships are built on trust, communication and long-term commitment. Technology continues to evolve at an incredible pace, but Francis believes the fundamentals of good business never change: listen to your customers, understand their goals, stand behind your work, and always look for ways to do better.
He is proud of the team and the relationships that have helped shape Comm1data and is excited about the company’s future. His vision is to continue building a company that delivers innovative, dependable technology solutions while maintaining the personal service and accountability that customers expect from a true partner.
Outside of Comm1data, Francis enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son and their two dogs. He also enjoys time on the golf course and values the opportunity to step away from the business, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most.
